i stayed in a premium room sea view for a few nights. the room had excellent views and a modern setup. the room's sea view was beautiful, especially at sunset. the bed was very comfortable.
The promenade equipment installation started early. The noise was noticeable even with the balcony door closed.

Ajinkya at reception was super helpful with our late checkout, that was amazing! the staff were so attentive, nothing was too much trouble at all. the hotel pool was lovely and relaxing, very needed after a long flight! valet service was also so good. Ramy md and shabir were excellent, appreciated their help.

The hotel sits on west beach, a place to walk along the palm. Nakheel mall is easy to reach! the view at the point is close, also aura skypool. Getting to attractions takes only about 10-25 minutes.

The room had everything i needed, even plenty of space! the modern design felt very neutral and aesthetically pleasing. I loved it. the room was very comfortable.

The gym had what i needed and floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic sea view! the cafe in reception had tasty fresh goods. I had a fruit pastry every morning. the pool bar has very nice views.

the food really let the hotel down. breakfast felt repetitive. dinner at the restaurants onsite disappointed me, the black flamingo in particular. i wouldn't recommend half board.

The beach situation was dire. There were never enough sunbeds, and I swear some people must have been reserving them at 5 AM. It seemed like a competition every morning. Quite annoying! The rooftop pool demanded extra payment for access. I found that utterly ridiculous. After all, I already paid for the stay. It seemed like everything was designed to squeeze more money out of you, and it left a slightly bitter taste in my mouth. Honestly.
